Anger: that engulfing sensation raising from your stomach all the way up to your chest , it feels like a bubbling hot lava reaching upwards to the volcano crate only to be ending into a primal scream, a torrent of words sometimes hurtful, followed by an aggressive body language.

In my experience anxiety is a form of fear that manifests itself in irrational forms, but it invariably comes from an historic form of trauma. It's important to note anxiety can be rational as well, it all depends on the scenario.

Relationship therapy is very different to one to one therapy. Although in my initial assessment I fill out the same forms which allows me to understand the individuals background, this information is only used if the clients decide on one to one therapy.

Like all feelings, some get out of our control. Anger can be positive or negative depending on how we use our anger. It's also a defence mechanism, often for feeling vulnerable and the anger "protects" the feeling, but actually it invariably leads to more vulnerability.

Depression. Many people have different views of depression so it can be really confusing. I can only go on my years of experience and its reflection of depression being overwhelming depending on the level. Many feel like a weight is weighing them down or a cloud is sitting over them.

Bereavement is an extensive topic and too huge to cover all the dynamics, angle and appreciation of loss that's required. Bereavement therapy is usually considered after someone dies. But when I look at loss, I recognise loss is an over riding event within all peoples lives.

Narcissism is a difficult issue to address mainly as the narcissist doesn't recognise the difficulties they are creating as they simply believe they are right all the time and will rationalise things in their own head.
